What an incredible Book. The author made me fall in love with the good the bad and the ugly...LOL. The characters are very strong and the story line is enchanting. The Foundlings had me with page one. You don't have to be a vampire lover to love this book. I will warn any reader to be ready to sit on the edge of your chair with emotion. The Foundlings takes an ancient story and reinvents it in new and exciting ways. The personalities in the book draw you in, creating a real world in your mind. You feel a part of their lives. I found myself morning their sorrows and rejoicing in their triumphs. I truly was excited for each new chapter, looking to see what would happen next. The characters were well fleshed out, believable and relatable. Certainly the story of vampires is fanciful but with this amazing authors talent they are almost believable as well, fitting fact, fiction and fantasy with Love, honor, and faith. RM Garcia's The Foundlings is "Twilight" for the intelligent. Although the book contains vampires, it is more a story of love, intrigue, and faith. The characters are believable, real, and endearing. Garcia made me laugh, cry, and stand up and cheer for his characters. I was sad to get to the end of the book, for I didn't want the fantasy to end. Star-crossed lovers, Donnie and Abbie, will take you through a thrill ride that includes action packed adventures and insidious villians. This is a must read--you will love it!!  —Amy D.

This is a must read!! I am not sure what I was expecting from this book but I can tell you that it blew me away and I am not a huge vampire fan!! The story is engaging in every aspect, from the characters to the story line. He took a very well known story and made it new and fresh. You will not be disappointed!! Although I am not usually a fan of the vampire "genre" this book had me glued cover to cover and anxiously awaiting the next chapter in the series (especially after reading to "lost chapter" blog). From chapter one, the author draws you in with his character history, great fight scenes and overall writing skills and keeps you on edge until the end. It's as if you are actually watching a movie.
